Every Moment Is a Fresh Beginning – T.S. Eliot

86,400 seconds. There are 86,400 seconds in each and every day. This means that there are at least that many moments in every 24 hour period to make a fresh start – to grab hold of opportunities and succeed!

We are given life so that we can meet amazing people, help others through times of difficulty, face our challenges, and appreciate the beauty of all the good that surrounds us. We are given seconds, minutes, days, months, and years to do all that we can to make the world, and ourselves, a reflection of all that is good and kind.

Our lives can be quite busy and hectic. Sometimes moments pass by unnoticed and unappreciated. We need to focus our time soaking up each valuable lesson and chance to achieve our dreams instead of letting them go by unused.

Excuses are often used to try to convince ourselves that we don’t have the time to exercise making healthy choices. We tend to put less important activities in front of our own health – a dangerous mistake. The opportunities for a positive change are always there for us to take part in, we just have to accept the challenge.
