We all have bad days that come and go. Maybe you’re caught up at work with a project that seems to never end. Or maybe you’ve been in traffic for what feels like eternity. It may seem like a day and its series of unfortunate events will never end, but if you find yourself in this position, it’s important to look toward tomorrow.
No matter how grim or hopeless a day can feel, one of the simplest ways to improve your mood is to fall asleep and wake up in a new day with a fresh start. You may realize how tired you were the day before. Or maybe you were holding a lot of tension in your jaw and shoulders. Waking up fresh could start you back on the right track.
When you wake up, give the new day a chance. It might just surprise you
