I’ve Found That Luck Is Quite Predictable. If You Want More Luck, Take More Chances. Be More Active. Show up More Often – Brian Tracy

Throughout life, there will be moments when you look at other people and think, “They are so lucky!” Maybe they have a dream job or home, or a great relationship or circle of friends.

It’s true that every single one of us is raised in a different environment, and sometimes we find ourselves in particular situations out of pure circumstance. However, I don’t know anyone who got “lucky” in life without working hard and taking chances in order to pursue their goals.

Do you want that dream career? Don’t spend time envying the person who has it. Spend time building skills and working toward the next step to land that job. Do you wish you had a great relationship? It can’t happen unless you put yourself out there, meet new people, and take chances.

Sitting around and wishing for someone else’s luck is about as productive as crying over spilled milk. Luck happens as a result of taking action, something we all have the power to do.

  1. I read some times ago a super-interesting article about the same concepts. Lucky people are the one who takes more opportunities than the so-called unlucky people… there are even scientific experiments confirming this!

  2. Ignore to differ, be and let be. Minimum throughout your own being, preferably for a whole lane in this infinite universe we have. Thx

  3. This is a very interesting idea. I was actually having a conversation about this very topic with a friend the other day.

It comes down to how much risk you are willing to take as a person. You can take a lot of risks and be super unlucky. You can take few risks and make something of yourself. It’s not dependent on the action per we. Buuuut i definitely think that you are more likely to find the luck when you take chances. They don’t have to be major risks but you can take calculated risks. The people who do take risks and succeed don’t actually know that they’re going to succeed. They just put a little faith in themselves.

There are situations where people do get lucky with an idea or opportunity. It’s not necessarily all talent. But that’s good news for all of us because what it means is that the more we put ourselves out there the more likely we are to hit gold.

The people who sit at home and complain about their circumstances really make it difficult for themselves. They underestimate their ability.

Do you know of any research that supports this? I really believe that you’re on to something. I’d love to know more.

I might actually explore this idea.
    Take care!

  4. So, what you’re saying is that it has nothing to do with luck at all.
