Accept the Challenges So That You Can Feel the Exhilaration of Victory – George S. Patton

I think many of us can agree that when faced with challenges, our first instinct is to run in the opposite direction. We don’t like the idea of having to do something difficult or trying only to see ourselves fail. Believe it or not, however, there is good that comes from confronting the things we fear.

When we face our challenges, we give ourselves the opportunity to succeed. While it can be scary filling our heads with negative thoughts, it can be even more frightening imagining ourselves never achieving our goals. Instead of allowing damaging thoughts to stop us from pushing forward, we need to remind ourselves what waits for us if we overcome our obstacles – victory!

There is no better feeling than that of victory. When you are able to overpower the burdens you feel chained to, you prove to yourself that you are stronger than their grip.

If you want to feel the thrill of success, don’t give up on your dreams and goals. Gather all of the strength and courage that you can muster and go after what you desire!

  1. Taking on a challenge is also fearing change. Most of the time, we even fear succeeding because we are afraid of the changes it implies.

  2. Sometimes, we hesitate to talk about what we are afraid of. I am a new blogger but recently I wrote about a personal experience and I, if you like, would like you to have a look at my post https://sollicitum1.wordpress.com/2017/11/15/freshly-graduated-no-idea-what-to-do-next/ .
Everyday, we have to take short and long-run decisions which sounds stressful, though, we often need to take a few risks and challenge ourselves. We should find the courage to, at least, try. Have a good day ! 😉

  3. Challenges come for us to overcome them and move on to the next level in life. The more you accept this fact the more positive you become and you are able to lead a successful life 🙂
