It’s in a spirit of thankfulness and gratitude for all that we enjoy, all that we currently have and are, which allows us to receive more. It’s in gratitude where happiness resides.
For when we focus on gratitude, we find more of it. With more gratitude, comes more feelings of happiness. With more happiness comes more love. And with more love for others, with more love for what we do, for ourselves, for life, we take more action. And with action, comes more.
You have a choice in your focus. Positive or negative, abundance or lack, strengths or shortcomings, love or hate.
Our minds can only have one thought at a time. So when we consciously choose positive thoughts, negative ones must wait. When we keep our focus on gratitude, depressing thoughts take a back seat.
Be mindful of the nature of your thoughts, consciously choose to keep those that support your growth, your happiness, at the forefront of your mind.
