The view from up here is vast. The horizon looks as if it goes on forever. The faith in the sunrise has an unobstructed view and the colors of the goodnight kiss from the sunset are reflected among the branches. It is a beautiful sight, any time of day. And here we are, on these branches, looking out into the world, taking in the magic, and maybe even wondering, “What is out there for me?”
What is important to realize, we are part of this vastness, this faith, this goodnight, but we cannot be FOUND in them unless we understand we are MADE from them. We are nourished by the soil the seed of these branches was planted in, fed by the sun, and cleansed by the rain.
Our story lives in the roots and it is celebrated in the branches. We began in darkness and it is in the roots our evolution was born. While the branches enjoy the view, it is the roots that continue to reach into the earth, expanding a strong foundation so the branches may withstand whatever may come. Once we realize we are the celebration in the branches and the strength in the roots, our question may change to, “What will I do with all of this magic?”
But first, take in the faith of the sunrise, the vastness of the horizon, and the colors of the goodnight kiss from the sunset.
